If you change your mind within 7 days, you can obtain a refund provided you have proof of purchase and return the item in its original sale condition and packaging. Please note that Bijoux Lane ZA does not offer free returns. For returns made due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. After proof of payment is received we will arrange collection with The Courier Guy. Please note, subject to law, refunds will not be granted for earrings, body piercing products, and hair accessories for hygiene reasons.
Upon receipt of an order, the buyer must please check the items and inform Bijoux Lane ZA within 48 hours if there are any damaged items or of an incorrect quantity. If your online purchase arrived damaged or has become faulty, we’re so sorry about this and are happy to provide assistance. We will request you to send us images of damaged items. After this period, Bijoux Lane ZA will not accept liability.
